A: For normal models, sample time is 1-2 days, mass production time is 3-5 days for order quantity around or less than 500 pieces.
Q. How many colors do you have for normal model ? and can I have my prefer color?
A: There is black,white,green,red,yellow and etc for normal models. And we can do the shells to match PMS color as your request, MOQ is 500pcs and set-up cost depends on the models..
Q. Do you have any MOQ limit for OEM model?
A: Actually not, but unit price will be lower if quantity bigger, so price would be better if quantity more than 200 pieces.
Q. Can your models material meet EU standards if I want import to my country?
A: Of course yes, CE, RoHS, FCC certifications is surely provided for our goods if needed and help you to clear custom.
Q. Can I have the data uploaded into USB? And locked or protected ,never deleted?
A, Yes, we offer data uploading service. Data can be locked or protected with password, it will never be deleted.
Q. How should we pay if we order from you?
A, For small amount, you can pay Western Union.
For amount more than USD500, you can pay by Bank or Western Union.
L/C is also welcomed, but it is for large order, because we offer fast service, L/C can not meet our time.
